Meet switchloop, the next generation of social networking.

Who we are.

Switchloop is a project conceptualized by three people who don’t believe that today’s social networking is normal.  We are not your typical techies, but we are networkers.  We approached this project from a users prospective, designing around the idea of how we feel social networking should work.

We are a network who cares about and understands user privacy.  We give you the tools to control your own privacy and experience.  You will now have the ability to separate your private life from your public life on the web.

What do we want to achieve?

We are creating a network that can appeal to everyone; an experience organized by each individual user; a place where you can banter socially with friends and stay connected with family. You can even conduct yourself professionally and create real networking opportunities.  Interact with the public and only share what you want to.  Create a community where you can follow your interests and interact with the people that share them.

With our unique structure, even people in the public eye can use social networking just like everyone else.  They can separate their followers from the real people in their lives.

We want to promote more discussions and conversations.  We want people to treat their accounts as a real extension into social media and a reliable connection to the people in their lives.
